ReplyDeleteCD1 is corrupt -- it will only decode as far as the second track.

Alas I have to report several damages of the Beecham files, as e. g. SLEIGH RIDE after 50 seconds repeated leaks and breaks, similiar with BRIGG FAIR or DANCE RHAPSODIES of which II suffers from breaks after 1 min. 50 sec. twice and same after 2 min. 40 sec. ... very sad, in particular as affecting this great music of Delius.
It would be really great if you could replace the files and if so, maybe even drop a note.

As was commented on above (& as I found out after downloading more than once!) the first 5 discs are corrupt (& the 6th isn't)...However Thang has posted here https://classicalpippo9.com/2017/12/16/delius-choral-orchestral-works-beecham-box-set-7cds/ another Delius set which covers all the corrupt discs on this present page, and many thanks to him for that.
