Thanks for this, but one small thing: please don't refer to this as "Titan". Mahler only applied that name to the 1893/4 Hamburg/Weimar revision which still had Blumine as 2nd movement.
When he dropped Blumine for the 1899 revision he also dropped the title, so referring to the final version as "Titan" is simply incorrect.
A minor thing, perhaps, but Mahler's music is "titanic" enough without spurious nicknames.
