    Forgot to mention: the 'one password for all posts' from the home page does not work for part 1.

    Sorry for the mess. My problem is solved. It was one of those lame linux programs that deletes all extracted files with an error message 'wrong password', while the actual problem is that I do not yet have downloaded all parts. Sorry again.

    adf.ly links (on ALL files on this site) are now blocked; wonder if these uploadedto files will ever be available again...
